Fantastic place to live!

The new management team is superb! They’re so accommodating and are ‘here’ for their residents! Anytime I need something, they help me out providing a home like feel! I know I wouldn’t get this anywhere else! Maintenance team is also great! Anytime I have an issue it’s fixed same day!

The management here are awesome! There always so welcoming and kind with being helpful with whatever questions you may have. I'm very happy living here and it's also very safe. The unit is very clean and cozy. It's a great place to live and it makes you feel right at home.

BEWARE! Don’t fall for the pics or the lies! You sign the contract and you are screwed! Drug dealers, people in parking lot doing deals, on decks partying, tons of riff raff and theft here. Your car will either be towed or stolen! Horrible new management that doesn’t care!

Stay as far away from this place as possible. It was run by one mgmt company who had a lot of problems and they ran away in the middle of the night after selling to another mgmt company that doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. They changed the phone number and don’t answer. They have provided practically NO INFORMATION on anything. Unfortunately I still have about 6 months to go on my lease.

I heard about how awful BH management was from out of state but I didn't believe it until they took over a few months back. Management is very unprofessional and try to charge outrageous fees at move out. I DO NOT recommend this property.

The new management is inattentive, unwelcoming, have indifferent attitude and don’t own up to their mistakes. They are only looking to make money as they intended for me to wait to be assisted for maintenance. until after they showed other potential renters around, there were about 4 others waiting. I left the office after being poorly treated I called and left a complaint voicemail to Jennifer, the manager, 2 days later no response, her excuse: she didn’t received the message. The guy I complied ...
about erased it, 2 weeks later now no one has been sent to take care of my issue and she does not want to refund me for the out of pocket expenses I had to put to try and fix it. Please think twice about this place.

These apartments are multi dimensional for single living and family oriented. A new dog park brings residents together and their furry family members. They host picnics for their residents and the main building always has refreshments and drinks. The staff is courteous, caring and efficient. The maintenance staff answers calls quickly. Me and my daughter and fiancé moved to these apartments as our first place together and we are very pleased! To start, the girls at the office are always so accommodating and polite. And there is maintenance (bug extermination, lawn grooming, painting, etc.) being done frequently to keep up with the appearance of the complex which is very comforting.
