The Villas
September 29, 2015My husband and I currently moved to The Villas at the Plaza and love it. The closets are all walk in with plenty of room. My son's closet even has a little hide out which he uses to make forts. The bed rooms are a little small but we adjusted. Our neighbors are friendly. Our kids love the pool and hot tub. My husband loves the grills and outside TV by the fireplace. Management and staff are very nice and helpful. We love it here.Review from Apartments.com

Top-notch place to live
August 31, 2015One of the pricier places to live in Joplin, but well worth it! We have lived in our unit for more than a year with animals and it has just been the perfect place for us. The Villas are clean, cozy, and quiet - we forget we're in an apartment sometimes. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen really set this place apart from others.
