Since negative reviews get deleted under the Apt website I’m coming here. Since I’ve moved in back in 2020 I’ve had issues with ants everywhere in my apartment even though the exterminator comes once every 2-3 months the problem continues. These time it’s fleas!!! I’ve been doing my part including getting my own exterminator at my expense. I was informed that another unit is having the same issue. Yet, the property manager has done nothing nor does she seem the least bit concerned that this can ...
spread to other apartments even if they don’t have pets including her office. This will definitely be my last year here. Yes these are apartments are the least expensive for a great location, but this isn’t worth it!!!! We were happy here at first too and felt comfortable. Little did I know how soon that feeling will wear off . Tenants beware not to fall for the pretty picture that is painted by other reviews. More than likely they got a gift card for a great review. I should know , I fell for that one too.

Going on seven years living here , but this year the owner increased the rent by $200.00 making rent as much as a mortgage and cable will no longer be offered in our contract. Very disappointed .

Just moved in a month ago and have already had issues with management of the complex. Location is great but that's about it. There is no privacy, gated community but the gate has been broken since I've moved here. Maintenance comes into apartment without prior notice, l've asked if I could be told beforehand as I live alone and felt uneasy about this, I was told "we don't do that" with no other consideration, management gave me a covered parking spot only to change it without notice and give it ...
to another new resident and move me to a spot even further away from my apartment building. Poor design inside apartment, opening drawers conflict with others as well as the dishwasher/oven. Not a good start.. signed a lease for a year and will be moving out as soon as I can!!!

Just moved in a couple of months ago and so far this has been the best place I have ever moved into. The apartment itself is very modern. I love that it's gated so you don't have random people knocking at your door trying to sell you something. More importantly I feel safe. I enjoy going into their workout room. That saves me money. This complex has poor management. They do not return calls, and the assistant manager and property manager give contradictory information. They would not let us even see a finished apartment once "new carpet/paint and cleaning would be done," before we had to sign a lease if we wanted it. They are terrible, and I can't imagine how they would manage once living there.

I went to view this property as a option to make my new home and the management was so helpful and nice as well as the amenities they have to offer I fell in love with it . I was looking for a 2bdr 2bth and they had everything nice and clean ready to accommodate a new resident :) I recommend this apartment complex to others!
