Roach Infested/AC Issues
March 4, 2024A/C has been giving problems since the day I moved in. Currently a year later and despite having to contact my lawyers I’m sitting in my apartment sweating because it’s 80 degrees in here and not cooling. I can only imagine what my electric bill will be this time. I have a service request open for 11 days for this and still nothing. Paying high fees in rent for amenities that you can’t use. Haven’t had gym equipment for a year, they tore down the laundry facility after I moved in a month later, ...pool has been locked what amenities are we paying for exactly. They’ve made sure the front office looks nice though. But what’s really the worst is the roaches. I’m not a big squeamish person but to come home and find a roach crawling on my bed was it! It’s to the point if I go a day and don’t see a roach I’m surprised. It’s usually 5-6 at minimum that I kill a day. They don’t care enough to get the infestation out then they need to start charging the roaches rent since this their apartment too. I’m so glad I am not renewing my lease in the next few months.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
