Great place for my family & I!!!!
April 30, 2025I moved in July 2024 & I can honestly say they welcomed my family & I with open arms!! I love my townhouse with a back yard area for my son to play. We feel safe & I love that we are close to many attractions like The Battery, Braves Stadium & Cumberland Mall; Highways I-75 & I-285. All staff has been great & very attentive! Management and Maintenance
April 29, 2023DO NOT RENT from here. They are rude and disrespectful. They have a plumbing issue every other day. And each time our downstairs is flooded and they take days to so call clean it up. It’s flooded so much our entire apartment smells cause all they do is change the padding. This week it it happen twice and still hasn’t been cleaned. We have given them chances after chances to make this right and still nothing. And the property manager Sabrina does not care either. I have left her several messages ...and still no response. March 6, 2023Don’t Move In!!!! Take your money anywhere else moved in 2 weeks ago and on the 2nd Business day they broke my bathtub Asked them to outsource the repair so it wouldn’t take so long they didn’t and it’s still not done everyday I’m promised it going to get done today. My belongs have stayed in storage up until this point because I have no Timeframe on the repair. March 19, 2022an absurd amount of cockroaches, we are forced to pay a fee and the cockroaches never run out, the neighbor's dog in the apartment upstairs does his business on my balcony, there is dog poop in the entrance, for energy it is absurd to pay 400 dollars this month , the expensive rent, they don't accept to choose the energy and they only have Marietta energy that every month charges an absurd don't move here until you change the electricity supplierReview from Apartments.com
***STAY AWAY***
January 28, 2022Keeping it short, we were shown a good apt but when they moved us in, they put us in a very old apartment with old(broken) appliances and slanted floors. Facility Maintenance replaced our stove twice with other old stoves that didn't work. Before 1 year, they asked us to renew the lease, so we signed the new lease but soon after we found a house to buy, BEFORE the lease started we gave 2 months notice and they still billed us ***$2,800*** for breaking the lease that didn't even start. Oooohhh.. ...to put the cherry on top, after we paid, they confirmed we didn't owe a single sent more, but a week later(after the apartment was already occupied again), they state they attempted to contact us a single time and sent us a letter (we never heard from them) to say our deposit didn't cover the damages (imaginary only) and carpet cleaning, so they sent us to collections over $180 dollars. Horrid Noise and Smell
November 7, 2021We've been having issues with music coming from the same neighbors for six months. Our apartment reeks of weed at all hours of the day even though none of us smoke. I'm writing this at 6 am and the music has been going from midnight. It's so bad some nights we have to try and sleep on our couch just to get away from it. It doesn't work. I can STILL feel the bass from all the way in here. We have been calling the on site officer and emailing about this since May and nothing has changed. BE CAREFUL ...RENTING FROM HERE. DONT DO IT
September 29, 2021I moved out a little over a year ago and STILL have issues because of this place. They messed up my move out information, still haven’t fixed it, and give me the run around every time I try to talk to someone to get it fixed. It was horrible when I lived there and then to still be dealing with them just makes it an all around awful experience. They are infested with bugs, including roaches. No matter how much I cleaned it my kitchen always had roaches. When I moved in I had to get probably about ...10 things done because things were so messed up. The floors are paper thin and we could consistently hear our upstairs neighbor, we could hear her conversations like she was in the room with us. The parking situation is a disaster, and they were less than helpful when someone hit my car and knocked the back light out. The loft railing was loose, if someone leaned on it they would have fallen down to the bottom floor. One time one of the toilets randomly filled with some nasty grayish brown substance, and another time there was something leaking from the vent on the bathroom ceiling and was dripping all over the bathroom. The wall had a crack in it that kept getting bigger over my year there, and they wouldn’t do anything about it. They charged me for blinds when I moved out that were already broken when I moved in. Our fridge was missing its shelves but they wouldn’t do anything about it because it still worked. The screen door to the back patio was broken and they never fixed it even though we told them about it multiple times. I could go on and on about the horror stories of things while I lived there. Roaches and Weed
June 24, 2021It was very apparent the previous residents smoked a lot of weed since the air in this apartment just smelled like it. We signed a 12-month lease and was ready to move out within the first month. Our dog would bark like mad every night and at first we thought she was just adjusting to the place, but turns out to be something else once we turn on the kitchen lights. The kitchen was infested. There was roaches on the floors, walls, cabinets, and some even crawling out of our kitchen appliances. If ...I had to give a number, there was around 100 roaches seen that night and we had called the pest control every week ever since. I would also like to mention that this apartment is old. Ever since the day I’ve moved in NOTHING BUT ISSUES!! THEY HAVE A SERIOUS PEST PROBLEM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The regional manager never gets back with you! When you file a complaint. I’ve been here less than 2 weeks and hate this apartment complex customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY MOVING HERE!!!!!!!!!!! ...They do not care about there residents!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Enormous apartment great staff
October 23, 2019I recently moved in to The Villas of East Cobb and I love it. My apartment is 1600 sq ft (i think that is what they told me). I live in a town house. Its HUGE. My children get to go to the best elementary school in Cobb and the bus stop is right in the community. The pool is new and beautiful with gas grills. Fitness Center is nice too, although I dont work out. Maria Rosa is the manager and she is so pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to have me join the community.
