    Bad Neighbors Since covid ,neighbors do not care about property.Speeding cars ,trash cans spilling garbage and people driving through with loud music. The gym always has equipment misplace. The quality of living here has definitely gone down. I will say though, the staff and maintenance are great.

    Maintenence is awesome Had an issue with the garage door breaking the spring. They came out at 9:30PM to help get the door open so my wife's car would be available the next morning. And it was fixed when I returned home the next day. Thanks maintenence staff.

    Maintenance worked hard again! Maintenance responded promptly to our need for eradication of an ant problem in our garage and some tiny ants inside the apartment. Ryan sprayed every inch along the perimeter of the garage and all around the garage door, and then sprayed every inch of molding in the apartment. Job well done! Thank you!

    I have lived at Butler Ridge for about 6 years. The staff is so friendly and so nice very accommodating for everything and anything they take excellent care of the grounds. Everything is manicured and beautiful and I can honestly say the office staff is off the chart. They are just wonderful..
