September 24, 2025Avoid this like plague. 13months of being here and 6 managers later. Was 4 star to now. Horrible. Over charge for nothing. Landscape barely done. Have a swap for green areas. Pool closed 3 different times for over a month each time. Management..... dont even get me started. Key take aways. Horrible, unkept grounds, usless Management, never a call back from main office and one sentence response. Steer clear. And if you ruffle feathers to get what you pay for... the sick a lawyer on you.Review from Apartments.com
Lackluster on Ash
July 21, 2024We have lived here for less than a year, and the management has changed 4 times… That should tell you enough. Currently, the pool has been shut down indefinitely by Maricopa county. It is a putrid shade of green. Stay away.Review from Apartments.com
High price, low value
March 22, 2024Ever since moving here, so much has been overpromised and either underdelivered or not delivered at all. The property underwent a management change in December of 2023. The new management team are nice people, but they are incompetent like the previous management team was. They conveniently use the past management team as an ongoing excuse for almost everything while refusing to take any accountability for the dismal way this community has been run in the 4 months they've been here. Everything ...moves at a snail’s pace. Communication is bad. Promised dates never come into fruition. The front gate is broken half the time. No sense of community. It has been a constant battle to find a covered parking space. The "resort-style" amenities you read about on their website are still not all available, and I believe the property first had renters moving in around June or July of 2023. It’s now nearing the end of March of 2024. So, what actually is nice about this property? The location to downtown Gilbert, shopping, and main roads is awesome.
