Definitely not perfect but compared to other buildings Villas has fine elevators, nice community events, friendly staff. I've never had to make a noise complaint and the residents are super chill. From moving into an apartment which was not what we were told we were going to get to the dirty looking floors due to dried up paint. The maintenance is slow. We have called them so many times and still no hot water. Hot tub is always broken.Property Manager Responded

We sincerely apologize that your apartment wasn’t up to the standards you were promised and for the condition of the floors. This is certainly not the experience we want our residents to have, and we will be addressing the issue of the dried paint with our cleaning and maintenance teams.
