Great place to call home
May 9, 2021I lived at Vineyard Place for 4 years. The property is well kept and clean. It was quiet, clean and peaceful living. The office staff was always nice and willing to help. The office staff showed appreciation to the residents on several occasions by offering snacks and treats for the kids, prize drawings and recognizing holidays with small celebrations. They are active on their social media page to engage with residents as well. I experienced very minimal maintenance issues during those years. The ...price of the rent is very fair for the amount of space you get. August 29, 2018I love my home! I can not say enough great things about the apartment community itself and especially it’s staff! From the moment we met with the leasing person Nancy), we were SOLD! Her attitude and just pure happiness drew us to her and her apartments! The maintenance guy (Harvey) is always helpful and willing to do what it takes to get the job done! The outside is quite and clean! We will be here until we buy a house one day! Make sure that you keep up with everything that they have going on ...in the Clubhouse for activities! Renter Beware!
February 11, 2017There is a reason there are so many apartments available here. People are moving out left and right because, some of us are being over charged, things arent being repaired because maintenance is over worked and, worst of all: The office staff couldn't manage a mud puddle in a rainstorm. Renter Beware: Look at the building on the outside. Clear indications of what you are moving in to. If they say they will fix it, run, dont walk away.... We know people who were here several years and are moving ...because "we will" never happened. We are moving because we have been over charged for almost a year and we easily found a house that is in great condition for $100 less. Stay away from Woodruff Properties! Very nice apt
October 4, 2015The grounds are very nice and well maintained. The apts are spacious and set up well. It is a quiet complex. Children play outside safely at the playground and the pool.I especially like sitting on the patio that faces the woods in our apt. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is maintenance can be slow as they only have one man handling it all. I will say he is very nice and competent just over worked. I would and have recommended the apts. Price is reasonable for the area. August 10, 2015I have no complaints so far. Everyone is very nice, it's a pretty quite complex. The pool is refreshing. The gym is okay, free weights would be nice but I know that can be a liability. July 20, 2015I have been at Ashford Place in Griffin almost 6 months. The staff is great and the apartment itself is nice. We are in a 1 bedroom now and want to upgrade when elligible. The deposits weren't bad at all. I paid the lowest pet deposit in my area. The amenities are fabulous. The pool is always clean and the dog park is really nice. My animals both live our patio.
