You won't get a penny of the security deposit back, and they'll charge you extra
February 10, 2016We lived at the Vineyards for two years. They constantly tried to add extra fees to our rent bill each month. When we moved out, they charged us over $900 in damages. We cleaned and scrubbed out the entire apartment too. I filled the walls where pictures were hung. They charged us $400 to paint alone. It is pretty ridiculous that a $750 security deposit wasn't enough to cover very minor damages. Then they tried to send us another fill for $950 for rent for the month after we left with surcharges ...and late fees. Good look trying to get a hold of them to figure out what the issue is. You have to call over 10 times to talk to anyone, then once you do, they will make you call someone else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
