July 27, 2017Loud, trashy neighbors, roach infested apartments, moldy, garbage remains uncollected for days. Amenities outdated, gym is so small, you can smell other people's sweat when u work out. Break-ins and robberies are a common thing. Yeah, they will nickel and dime you for everything when you move! Worst property managers I've ever met - money hungry, fake and egotistic. Please stay away if you know what's good for you. Does not ever deserve a star!Review from Apartments.com
Do not move here
July 13, 2016STOP! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here for 2 years against my better judgement. This place has a serious bat infestation. I was told for months the issue would be taken care, but until they day I moved out 6.29.16 there was still an issue. This place has had shooting, robberies and drug deals issues as well. Also, now that I am gone they want to nickel and dime me so that I get the least amount of my deposit back including charging me to repaint my apartment. August 19, 2015The Vinings is an affordable apartment complex in an award winning school district. I feel safe and the kids can play on the playscape or in the pool. August 12, 2015Dated amenities, poor air quality inside apartments, if your neighbor smokes...you breathe second hand smoke. When your neighbor flush...you hear it!
