Filthy grotesque, unsafe. Don’t get me started on the noise. The complex is cheaply built walls are Paper thin , you can hear everything your Neighbors do. Management are rude , Unprofessional… There is a reason why this place is cheaper than others”you get what you paid for“… The smell of weed is unbearable and it is everywhere. when you call the lazy and and complacent office staff, all they tell you is called the police. They don’t do a thing about it. Please do your research before you apply ...

This place is not clean, I have complained many times and nothing changes. I'm glad my lease is up and I'm moving out now, but if you have a family or are a single woman do NOT move here.

There is nothing Luxury about living here

I lived here for 2.5 years and this community is not fit for animals or humans alike. The issues I have encountered here have been the most horrendous experiences I’ve ever had in my life. It’s dirty, old, outdated and the staff is careless. I suggest looking elsewhere.

The property is not clean- food spilled in breezeway not cleaned. Trash, dog poop, cigarettes from one end to the other. People smoking pot from one end of the property to other. It should not be the tenant's job to police the complex. So disappointed how this place has changed.

It was a wonderful warming experience finally meeting and seeing the faces of the amazing people I have been connected with only on calls and emails Especially Glen the maintenance manager! He personally gave us some welcoming gifts and took me in a guided tour of this beautiful facility and to my new apartment He made sure it was everything I expected wanted and immediately got me everything I needed to make my first day so wonderful and to ensure my stay here would be nothing but the best! I’ve been here a few days now and I am truly happy with my decision! I have a little fur baby and she is loving her new life here too! She’s meeting so many new friends at the dog park here!! The residents here I’ve met so far are all so nice and neighborly! The facilities are well maintained clean and beautiful! If you’re looking for a new apartment let the Vinings at Carolina Bay be your first place on your list to visit…. You may just find your new home immediately too!!
