June 15, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI‘ve been residing at Vintage 1857 nearly a year and in the beginning it was great. Now, grievances and complaints continue to go unanswered despite multiple reports and video evidence being submitted. There has been little to no acknowledgment of the issues raised, and office management has been unhelpful in addressing residents' concerns. Ongoing problems include loud music in common areas, smoking hookah around the pool, residents failing to clean up after their pets, unleashed dogs, and ...generally disruptive behavior from some neighbors. There are also concerns about the enforcement of community rules and standards in shared spaces. The property is marketed as a luxury community, but the day-to-day experience has not reflected those expectations. The lack of responsiveness from management and the continued quality-of-life issues have been disappointing.Read More

June 1, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe complex has been slowly improving over the past couple of months, but still has a few significant issues. There is no enforcement of parking violations outside of the paid reserved spots, which means that nearly all parking spots near the building are taken by visitors. In addition, there is no longer a ban on personal speakers at the pool, resulting in significant noise issues for residents of buildings 1 and 2 as people play loud music that is amplified by the shape of the building. It is ...often difficult to get ahold of the office staff, as phone calls are not answered, voicemails are ignored and not returned, and emails are only sometimes responded to. The downside is I’ve seen several residents walking their dogs unleashed and not cleaning up behind them (outside and recently inside building 1). If it can be avoided, I would not choose a unit below the top floor. Several noise complaints have been filed. The staff was really attentive at first, but now no phone calls or emails have been acknowledged. A lot of kids are unsupervised, running through the halls. Babies screaming.

I love the apartment design, amenities, only one thing that made me think twice with my husband to renew lease this year. We had been 3 times got broken glass in the parking lot and 1 time my husband's car tire somebody tear with a knife. It was scary and felt not comfortable at all. We've been reported these case to management but there's nothing they can do. So i recommend to add security camera on the parking lot it will help a lot. Thanks
