March 7, 2026Vintage 1857 is a beautiful property overall. The downside is I’ve seen several residents walking their dogs unleashed and not cleaning up behind them (outside and recently inside building 1). If it can be avoided, I would not choose a unit below the top floor. Several noise complaints have been filed. The staff was really attentive at first, but now no phone calls or emails have been acknowledged. A lot of kids are unsupervised, running through the halls. March 3, 2026It's a honest review i'm living here almost 3 years. I love the apartment design, amenities, only one thing that made me think twice with my husband to renew lease this year. We had been 3 times got broken glass in the parking lot and 1 time my husband's car tire somebody tear with a knife. It was scary and felt not comfortable at all. We've been reported these case to management but there's nothing they can do. So i recommend to add security camera on the parking lot it will help a lot. ThanksReview from Apartments.com

March 3, 2026Upstairs neighbors I don’t think it’s just them but how the apartments were made it sounds like they are stomping around I can hear their laundry machines I should not be able to hear any of that poorly made.Review from Apartments.com

February 28, 2026This is honestly such a peaceful community — which is hard to come across in this day and time. Wish I could give it 5 stars but the residents here don’t respect others, especially those with pets. There’s always dog waste around and reserved spots for parking are not always respected.Review from Apartments.com

February 26, 2026I love living here and really have enjoyed my time. The apartments are beautiful and so much space. I love the pool and balcony. However, the parking is ridiculous. There are no spots ever near my apartment. I literally have to park so far away and carry groceries across the parking lot a long distance. There are multiple reserved spots in front that are NEVeR used and are wasting spaces for everyone else. It instantly put me in a bad mood when I get home after a long day at work. A lot of the ...gym equipment is broken or worn down . The office offers free coffee but never has cups.
