The complex I reside in has 118 units on the west side of Sequim, WA and is well maintained. The lawns are always neatly manicured and we are within walking distance to Walmart with a paved path as well as Safeway. Other amenities are a Social Room, where soup is served every Wednesday for only $2.00, a library, exercise room, computer room with up-to-date equipment on the second floor, and a game room and media room on the third floor.
