May 20, 2026My experience so far has been less than stellar here at Vintage Brunswick. To start, my apartment was dirty when I received my keys, and there was an issue with the flooring. To the staff's credit, they fixed my flooring that day and sanitized my problem areas in the apartment. They attempted to get a professional cleaner, but since I cleaned as I unpacked, I no longer need them to come. Not 4 days later, the fire alarm went off randomly in the middle of the day, and when I called the office to ...find out what was going on, no one answered the phone. I was so excited at one point to live here because the community is new and the amenities are beautiful, but my first couple of days have been nothing but stressful.Property Manager Responded

While we recently partnered with a new professional cleaning company that has been doing an excellent job throughout the community, we understand how important it is for every apartment to be move-in ready from day one, and we regret that portions of your experience fell short of expectations. Regarding the fire alarm, resident safety is always our top priority. While false alarms can occasionally occur in new communities as systems are tested and maintained, we understand how stressful and disruptive that can feel during your first week in a new home. Great apartment with luxurious amenities
May 14, 2026Weve been at vintage for almost a year. The staff is amazing, Jaz, Jen, Megan and Dj all are so friendly and professional. The amenities are amazing and the community events are great. My kids adore the pool area and my dog loves meeting other pups at the dog park. Everyone who visits is always in awe of the property. We love it here!!Property Manager Responded

April 17, 2026Mostly OK. I understand screening residents is hit or miss but living in a building where the floor beneath me has multiple residents that slam doors, have weekly domestics, have zero volume control, and let their kids run free full volume screaming unattended all night is wild. Feels more like a roadside motel. Also the trash service is useless. They don't do regular rounds and miss multiople days a weeks on the prescribed times.I've had to spend hours clearing your commpactor of debris ( ...oversizef boxes) then shovel in the mountain of stacked leaking trash left behind piled outsode the compactor.Perhaps a notice to residents to turn off their car's subwoofers when pulling up would be nice. I'm already shopping around for a little less wild of a community.Property Manager Responded

April 6, 2026Needs some work but it is ok. The amenities are good. The pool could be a bit cleaner. I wish the dog park was more grass then sand and the clean up stations were picked up more often.Property Manager Responded

March 20, 2026I'm very happy and at peace! But there are two things that bother me and are already happening: the use of high speeds by vehicles within the residential area, and that they have already started reserving parking spaces using orange cones.Property Manager Responded

We are definitely keeping an eye on the speeding vehicles, however there are no reserved spots with the orange cones - those were for the landscaping trucks to hold the new mulch we are having spread around the property.
