Staff are friendly. Pool is quiet and clean. Apartment is spacious and updated. Garage and trailer parking a nice bonus. Gym is evacuate and in view of pool. Clubhouse is inviting.

Gas grills do not work and need fixed. Also, can we consider locking the glass doors to the office after hours allowing the whole lobby to be available to residents 24/7? My last vintage did this so that we could access the office space and games after hours.

I love living here. The main office is quick to reply to any questions, maintenance is always fast, and the complex is always clean. The community is quiet and the walk-able neighborhoods nearby are amazing for getting your steps in. Proximity to downtown Nashville is great, about 30 mins. The complex is near to great shopping centers and there are plenty of fast food and restaurant options nearby. I've had a great experience here.

I have neighbors that play sleep music really loud so I don’t get any sleep. I just moved in a week ago and I’m dealing with this problem. I have to wake up at 4am for work so the music is a big issue.
