February 13, 2026The apartment and property are great, the staff are friendly, the amenities are wonderful when you can use them, the pool isn’t heated so it’s not useable 9 months of the year, the coffee machine is awesome but it only works 50% of the time, dog park is a mess, no upkeep at all. Great Location
August 18, 2024I really was nervous about moving here without touring first but I was pleasantly surprised at move in. Everyone was super friendly and kind and there is way more nature than the pictures give credit to. I always heard the Nashville area was a lot of noise and construction and this place has been so quiet. I feel like if I ever want to do anything I can but for the most part can just enjoy the walking trail or just sit outside.Property Manager Responded

Love it here!
August 12, 2024I was looking for a place that I had to get in too pretty quickly and they were able to accommodate my request. This is a dog friendly community which is a big plus for me! Great Place to live!
July 30, 2024My wife and I have lived here at vintage franklin coming up to 8 months. WE LOVE IT! Property management and staff are very responsive and extremely nice! I work remotely from home and the amenities keep me creative. The fitness center is top notch as well. I did see other reviews about it being noisy, Honestly we have not had one complaint about hearing neighbors or anything else. This is home for us, great area in franklin very convenient to anything you need. This is an excellent well ...maintained very nice apartment community.Property Manager Responded
