It has turned into home

Great Location
August 18, 2024I really was nervous about moving here without touring first but I was pleasantly surprised at move in. Everyone was super friendly and kind and there is way more nature than the pictures give credit to. I always heard the Nashville area was a lot of noise and construction and this place has been so quiet. I feel like if I ever want to do anything I can but for the most part can just enjoy the walking trail or just sit outside.Property Manager Responded

Love it here!

Great Place to live!
July 30, 2024My wife and I have lived here at vintage franklin coming up to 8 months. WE LOVE IT! Property management and staff are very responsive and extremely nice! I work remotely from home and the amenities keep me creative. The fitness center is top notch as well. I did see other reviews about it being noisy, Honestly we have not had one complaint about hearing neighbors or anything else. So far so good
July 30, 2024I looked at Vintage Franklin in March, applied in April, and moved in, in May. I chose Vintage Franklin bc the office staff was quick to respond, helpful, and personable. The property is new and is beautiful. The apartments are modern and upkept good. I hear neighbors sometimes but I expected that before moving into an apartment.Property Manager Responded
