I've stayed here for one yr. Mr Nate(the grounds man) is wonderful. The property manager Mo is the best. Unfortunately I'm moving because they're out of 2 bedrooms ?. My neighbors are Friendly, they watch your house & the atmosphere is everything. I had a neighbor to leave a porch light on because I'm a single female & I work late hours.

Summerwind is a wonderful community of residences and residents - all staffed by the most fantastic folks imaginable. Conveniently located, and very affordable given the amenities and quality of the apartments, I am glad I made the choice to live here with my family!

I enjoyed living at Summerwind Apartments. I always felt safe and management was very helpful with any concerns or just a friendly chat. I'd recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Neighbors are great, pets are welcomed and the space of my apartment was perfect.

This place was the cleanest and nicest in the area. The staff were very nice and helpful. The maintenance staff great as well, always helping keep the grounds clean. I would recommend this apartment complex.

I've been a resident of here at Summerwind for over a year. We enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and taking our daughter to the playground. I know there's been a lot of positive changes at this property. I love the recent renovations and they have such a delightful staff.
