I have lived at Vintage for about two months now, and I’ve enjoyed just about every second. From the first time I’ve stepped on the property the staff has been super helpful! I’ve moved here from the west coast, so it’s been quite the adjustment, but the friendly faces of the neighborhood and the events put on by the staff have been extremely welcoming. I have found the location to be extremely convenient. Grocery stores are just 5 minutes away, as well as target. Hardware stores are right down ...
the street. And if you are in healthcare or a student at ETSU the location is close enough for there to be little hassle, but removed enough to feel relief when you’re done. Extremely please with my experience so far!

gym is huge, the pool is huge, the common spaces outside are huge. We recently sat outside the clubhouse and talked about how we felt like we were at a resort on vacation. Also big props to Haley: She has always been incredibly kind and helpful, and she’s earned major brownie points from us when she quickly learned my boyfriend and I by name. We are excited for more tenants to arrive and hopefully build a community with our neighbors!

The apartment is beautifully finished, close to everything, and the community has incredible amenities (pool, clubhouse, fire pits, coffee bar). Haley was so patient and kind with all our questions and needs. Can’t recommend Vintage enough!
