December 13, 2025I have been a resident at Vintage Apartment Compound for over a year and a half, and I can confidently say this is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. The amenities here are simply fantastic and feel more like a luxury resort than a typical apartment complex. They are always meticulously maintained and truly elevate the living experience, from the State-of-the-Art Fitness Center to the sparkling pool area. The pool and surrounding lounge area are perfect for relaxing. What truly ...sets this compound apart is the dedicated staff. From the administrative office to the grounds crew, everyone is an absolute pleasure. We specifically thank Stephanie for her professional performance and friendly attitude, along with the rest of the administrative and maintenance crew, who were very cooperative and helpful in every way. Great experience so far!!
November 24, 2025I’ve been living at Vintage Lake Mary for just over four months, and it’s been a great experience so far. The community is clean, quiet, and feels really well managed. The amenities are a huge plus — the gym is fully equipped, the saltwater pool is always spotless, and the common areas are kept in great shape. Stephanie made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. She’s friendly, patient, and always willing to help, which made a big difference when I was getting settled in. Maintenance has ...also been quick and reliable anytime I’ve needed something. Overall, this has been a comfortable, modern, and peaceful place to live. Feels like home!
November 21, 2025We are hitting 3 years as residents here and have been happy with the move since. This is a great community to join as everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We love our 2/2 floor plan that comes with a nice view. All the amenities are great! My favorite amenity is the gym because it has so much to work with and saves you on a gym membership elsewhere if you’re budgeting to save for a house. We also love the pool atmosphere and the extra spaces available to gather/mingle. If you’re looking for ...something peaceful and exciting this is the place for you! When we reach our goal to buy a house we will miss it! Stephanie was amazing to work with when we first started our renting process. She is lovely and efficient at guiding you through the process.
