During my tenancy, I experienced recurring smoke intrusion, disruptive neighboring residents, and other quality-of-life issues that significantly impacted my ability to enjoy my home. Given the premium rent, I expected cleaner air, quieter living conditions, and better enforcement of community policies. What ultimately cemented my decision not to renew was management’s unwillingness to provide ...even minimal flexibility during a major career transition. Despite being a responsible resident who paid rent on time, maintained the unit, and cooperated throughout my tenancy, a reasonable request for temporary flexibility was rejected outright. Combined with the ongoing issues, this suggested management prioritizes rigid corporate policies over fair treatment of good residents. The apartments offer plenty of storage, are modern, extremely clean and well-kept, and spacious. The landscaping is beautiful, and it is evident that the employees and residents care for the community they live in/work for.
