March 19, 2026Living at Vintage Stonetrace Apartments has been such a positive experience so far. The community is quiet and peaceful, which makes it really easy to relax and feel at home. I’ve had the chance to meet a few neighbors, and everyone has been kind and welcoming, which adds to the overall comfort of living here. One thing that really stands out is how quickly maintenance requests are handled. It’s clear that the staff cares about keeping everything running smoothly, and that’s been a huge plus for ...me. Overall, I think this is a wonderful place, especially for anyone moving into their first apartment. It feels safe, calm, and well-managed, which takes a lot of stress off the transition into living on your own. February 23, 2026I absolutely love it here! The apartment itself and location is amazing. The grounds are always kept very nice and clean. The office staff is amazing! I moved from another state and the ladies in the front office made my move super easy and stress free. I had 1 issue and the office took care of it right away. February 22, 2026Let’s start with the staff is pleasant. The actual apartment that I live in has good square footage and a nice layout. The gym is a good perk. The flaws, the valet trash is inconsistent and on holidays the compactor overflows, which is a health hazard. There is dog poop littering the entire complex. There is no recourse for people that leave the poop. And the walls of this entire place are extremely thin. You can hear everything. There are some people in this complex that do not understand the ...noise levels between 7 AM and 10 PM. They bang on the ceiling or the floor or they have loud music and parties until 3 AM.
