February 13, 2026I would like to rate the facility and the admin team! The admin team is fantastic! All my inquiries and requests were attended to with warm smile. Maintenance team is really great! They respond fast within 24 hours, and they offer you the advice about better ways to address housekeeping concerns in sinks, HVAC, fire alarm system. The facility is fairly new so no trouble there. Apartment rules are fair. Overall, it's a nice play to live in.Property Manager Responded

Noise Issues and Management Neglect
February 3, 2026I moved here in June 2025, and while the location is nice, the "luxury" price is a facade. The soundproofing is a failure; I hear every chair pull, cabinet closing, and dog paw from the unit above. Even more concerning is the total lack of privacy—I can hear clear conversations through both the walls and the ceiling. If I can hear my neighbors' private lives so vividly, they can certainly hear mine. I formally reported complaints with a noise log showing quiet hour violations between 3:00 AM and ...7:00 AM almost daily. I first reported this in November, but local management was negligent. I had to chase down staff throughout November and December just to get an acknowledgment, and they failed to formally respond until January. The noise issue is still unresolved. Local management is powerless to resolve this issue. Communication has moved to Area Vice President Kelly Rankin, but instead of honoring the Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment, she and RAM Partners have used bad-faith tactics to paint me as an "unreasonable tenant." Any future public response asking me to "contact the office" is a facade to protect their reputation metrics. I have formally filed a TREC complaint and have a closed BBB case.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
