September 11, 2025I have thoroughly enjoyed living here the past 8 years. The staff are nice and knowledgeable. The property is peaceful and quiet. Although we are outside of Nashville, it only takes approximately 30 minutes to get there and even less time to Franklin and Cool Springs area. A great place to live. August 24, 2025Vintage Tollgate is a wonderful place to live...wonderful staff, lots of amenities and great neighbors. The decision to live in Tollgate Village should be an easy one based on location alone. July 23, 2025Vintage Tollgate is an excellent place to live...everyone is friendly especially front office staff and maintenance team. The property provides a lot of amenities including pool gym and clubhouse. Tollgate Village is growing rapidly providing a variety of places to eat and socialize. June 19, 2025I moved in site unseen, which could have been a gamble, but this community made it incredibly easy and stress-free! My online application and move-in were seamless, and the apartment itself was pristine and exactly what I'd hoped for. Alexa deserves special recognition for her exceptional help, she guided me through every step, from understanding the amenities to applying online and ensuring a smooth move-in day. Her detailed explanations and willingness to answer all my questions put me ...completely at ease. Beyond that, the entire staff has been so welcoming, helping me settle in quickly.
