March 20, 2026Just moved in about a week ago, and so far I’ve had a great experience. My only concern at first was the package storage area being a bit messy. However, the management team responded incredibly quickly—they even left a thoughtful note with a small gift acknowledging the issue. By the very next day, the package area was completely organized and looked much cleaner. Cleanliness is a top priority for me when choosing an apartment, and they’ve really delivered. Outdoor areas are kept tidy (even ...after a few windy days with lots of fallen leaves), the indoor rugs in my building are cleaned, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Really appreciate the attention to detail and responsiveness so far!Property Manager Responded
