The staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, which really makes a difference. I especially appreciate how clean the common areas are and how safe the environment feels. March 20, 2026Just moved in about a week ago, and so far I’ve had a great experience. My only concern at first was the package storage area being a bit messy. However, the management team responded incredibly quickly—they even left a thoughtful note with a small gift acknowledging the issue. By the very next day, the package area was completely organized and looked much cleaner. Cleanliness is a top priority for me when choosing an apartment, and they’ve really delivered. Outdoor areas are kept tidy (even ...after a few windy days with lots of fallen leaves), the indoor rugs in my building are cleaned, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Really appreciate the attention to detail and responsiveness so far!Property Manager Responded

February 23, 2026In general, the experience is good, except that I paid $700 for 2 of my cats. And if there was a storage room in 1-room apartments, it would be great, but there is no place to put a vacuum cleaner and various things that I would not like to be in sightProperty Manager Responded
