Very helpful community. 24 hour maintenance is a life saver. Pool is amaziiiing. I feel very comfortable and safe here. Apartments aren’t too loud with neighbors upstairs or next door either!

I’ve been here since December and have had a great experience. Neighbors are mostly quiet, grounds are kept clean and maintained, the pool and dog park are great too! Some aspects of the apartment are showing their age and wear, but everything works.

I've truly enjoyed living here these past several years. The staff is exceptional (major shoutout to the maintenance team!) and the community very dog-friendly. The pool, gym, and grounds are well maintained. The apartments are comfortable and well designed, though I do wish the appliances and finishes better reflected the rental price. The location is convenient, although traffic at this exit has steadily worsened and is a recurring frustration for both residents and visiting friends and ...
family.
Only notable grievances relate to the gates and parking policies. The gates are slow and sometimes affected by inconsistent sensors or remote connectivity. The intercom system can also be unreliable, but mostly just small annoyances rather than anything major.
That said, these are relatively minor within the context of an otherwise overwhelmingly positive experience. I've genuinely loved my time living here and would comfortably recommend Vintage to any prospective residents.

Great place to live and play. Could not be more pleased. Maintenance is excellent. They truly go above and beyond. Delightful amenities. Management is friendly and helpful at every turn. I am happy to call this lovely place my home.

I have been living at Vintage of Emory Apartments for 3 years and I can’t be happier here. The place is safe, quiet, beautiful! Location is perfect! Landscape and pool very well taken care. The staff in the office is very kind and if any maintenance is needed, they are quick to respond and do the job fast and efficiently. This is truly home to me!

I love living here! The complex is quiet, clean and well maintained! The office staff are so friendly and welcoming. The maintenance staff are also friendly and great! I have lived here for 6 years and I have never had a bad experience. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live!
