May 30, 2024I was so excited to move here but I’m two months in and I’m looking for another apartment. There was a shooting right outside my bedroom window within the first month of living here. They charge you for EVERYTHING! They violate you for the smallest things. I was told I couldn’t have my windows open. Windows are required to be closed and have a white backing (the blinds). Kids are not allowed to have pool toys at the pool. There is ZERO shade in the pool area but you’re not allowed to bring an ...umbrella. They have a “picnic” area but you’re not allowed to have gatherings?!?! No music either. You can only bring one guest into the pool area and if you like to get some laps in, well you can’t do it here! No solo swimming?? Why? 7 out 7 residents I spoke with are not renewing their leases. What does that tell you? They are friendly to get you in and sign all the paperwork. After that, it’s all down hill… they approach you with aggressiveness from the get go stating “per the lease, per the community rules”.. if I would have known it’s against the rules to have my windows open & blinds drawn, I would have rented elsewhere. Hot water is minimal, lots of drug deals going on on the far side of the property and my poor kids can’t have their pool toys in the pool. Cozy Community
July 29, 2020I am very happy at Vintage at Oak Hill. It is a small quaint community with lovely landscaping. Folks are warm and friendly. Laundry room, mail kiosk, pool and picnic area immaculate. Well maintained older community.Review from Apartments.com
