I moved to Scottsdale for work and lived at Vintage @ Scottsdale for exactly 4 years between 2018 and 2022. This complex is absolutely amazing! The front office staff are hands down the best in the business. They are friendly, approachable and on top of everything. I would put in a claim for maintenance and they were there either that day or at the very least the next morning. Their prices are also very accommodating in comparison to other complexes. They consistently are upgrading and ...
maintaining the grounds and amenities for safety and convenience purposes. Mostly families and retired community. It was also extremely nice being close to the 101 and all the stores. Highly, highly recommend! Please don't skip this place for your potential next residence.
