February 7, 2026Avoid this complex like the plague. Constant noise from unchecked or supervised leaf blowers on multiple days of the week, unsupervised screaming kids running all over the complex, water being turned off for hours at a time with little or no prior notice, ants biting you in your bed and taking over your apartment, spiders and cobwebs. if you choose to live on the bottom floor, be ready to hear every step or noise from the above apartment. This place is a DUMP and the worst part, the GREEDY 7 ...owners unethically raise the rent every year to the legal maximum without regard of the renters. Please live somewhere else and you'll be much happier for it. YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED!!!Property Manager Responded

Pest concerns are addressed promptly. Management coordinates regular pest control services and encourages residents to report any activity so it can be evaluated and treated accordingly. November 20, 2023Management is no less than a nightmare to deal with, plumbing is a mere disaster, parking conditions are horrific, ants & spiders are 24/7 co-habitants, tow trucks are visited frequently to annoy and harass, rents are increased at rate maximum allowed by law, driveway lights are non existent, porch lights will turn on hours after dark, trash area over flow is alarming, often furniture and appliances are left next to the trash for weeks, last but not least this is the only place which has a crown ...for not having no water and no gas for two months, it was in the news, with new owners and new management not much has changed in last few years but they may have something to say in their defense, fact remains this place should be avoided at all cost.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Pest infestation
July 18, 2021This place is a disaster! They want to compete with other apartments in the area but don't want to put the money into upgrading correctly. DO NOT FALL for the shiny new appliances and laminate faux wood flooring and the sparkling pools. The cabinets in both bathroom and kitchen are falling apart and you will definitely have an Ant infestation during all months of the year. If you live on the 1st floor you will hear your upstairs neighbor every move. The water is brown and some mornings you may ...wake up to no hot water. Property Improvement A Plus!
October 7, 2020I have lived at this property since before it became Vio Cerritos, and yes this is an older/mature apartments, but new management has made great improvements to the exterior and upgrading all interiors as they become available. (pictures speak for them selves)... I am very happy with the staff in the office and with maintenance staff, even though the maintenance staff seems to be overwhelmed with so much, since the in take of the property they have attended to my maintenance request as soon as ...their time allows.
