Cockroaches, ants, no parking, cigarette smoke, crime (car broken into 2 times we lived here), a broken gate, terrible management, unresponsive maintenance team. To start off...
Garbage pickup at 7AM on the weekends, feral cats everywhere, cat urine and smell throughout, broken and filthy laundry rooms.

We have been living here for over 10 years. I give it a 3/5 due to the pest issue and lack of security. They have always had roach problems and can never get rid of them they eventually always return. Also management as of now isn't on top of everything they claim to be and may appear to be at times but it's just a show. They always say we have security but you see the security a handful of times in a year. They only call them when we complain about having security to shut us up in a way you may ...

Very fair in price. Even bigger and better than other apartments in the area asking for higher prices. I just can't believe how big and roomy these apartments are. When you get a 2 bedroom... you get 2 parking spaces. Largest pool I've seen and they have a huge clubhouse for gatherings in the pool area. They also have an exercise room with ellipticals. Reasonable prices for pets too. Close to Irvine and Costa Mesa. You have to come and look at these apartments. I'm so excited to be moving in ...
