Amazing Community!
October 21, 2025I can't say enough good things about Vireo Piedmont Park! The leasing team is super informative and genuinely helpful — they really took the time to answer all my questions and made the move-in process so smooth. I already had sooo many friends living here before I moved in, and they all had amazing things to say about the building… now I see why! The community here is friendly and welcoming, and the vibe is just right — not too flashy, but still feels modern, stylish, and comfortable. Great place to live!

Avoid at all costs
June 30, 2020This place has sadly only gone downhill. At this point it is way overpriced given the amenities and residents. Whether it's residents dealing drugs, renting out their units as airbnbs, smoking weed profusely, or simply being loud and obnoxious, Vireo and LMC don't care and refuse to address any of it. Ignoring the fact that this was a cheaply made building with paper thin walls, the management staff doesn't make any effort to improve. In fact, the only person in management who at least pretended ...to listen resigned just a couple weeks ago. We are constantly fed the excuse that the courts are closed and that they cannot evict bad residents. But it seems that they make no effort to resolve problems, other than claiming there's nothing they can do. We used to have a great concierge staff. At least they were kind and made you feel welcome. Now they have been removed and replaced with some security agency. We have lost the nice concierge service, and instead get a couple armed guards day and night. They are not welcoming, and instead question what you are doing in the lobby, rather than greeting you. All this is supposed to be improving the situation. Additionally, the residents here can be extremely unfriendly and rude. Throwing massive partys at the pool, bringing their own pop up grills, (when the building already provides grills), blasting music that everyone is forced to hear, smoking hookah and weed all over the floor - and most of these people are guests, not even residents. But yet, the management was nowhere to be found, and nothing was taken care of until police were called. It's unfortunate, but that has become the case with Vireo. Have a problem? Just call the police. Don't waste your time trying to deal with management here. They won't do anything to resolve the issues. So to summarize: A poorly built building with awful residents, negligent management, and a lack of amenities. I was sold a luxury building with concierge, excellent facilities, and top tier residents. Unfortunately none of that is true, and now I am over paying. A fair price for this building would be 30-40% less than what is being asked. Live here only if you have no other options. But there are dozens of other apartments in the area for the same price or less, and I can't imagine they are worse buildings.Property Manager Responded
