The manager needs to be replaced
October 4, 2017When first coming into these apartments the manager seemed to be nice show me the apartment. Applying for the apartment within 3 days I was told that I was approved and I can move in my total will be $1,280. After reviewing the paperwork with someone that had came in to replace the manager while she have a day off the amount of the move-in was totally different in the paperwork it was a lot cheaper. Due to my hardship I asked if it can be prorated when the lady came back from off her weekend off ....I asked if it can be prorated to 8 days later she then replied yes it can be prorated she gave me the same amount of money due before $1,280 which was not even on the paperwork it was cheaper than that based on the paperwork it was supposed to been $1,000 move in. she then got an attitude and said if you don't want to move in I can give it to somebody else. When someone writes a different amount on paperwork but ask you to pay them a different amount in higher amount in means that they're either pocketing the money they need to be replaced and they've been doing this for a long time the lady has a very bad attitude after you submit an application. I could assume she's either overworked and tired of the job are just plain bad at customer service. As I sat in the office I can see tenants complaining about her not being there and not being able to pay their rent because she has not been there. The Virginia Apartments
August 11, 2015The manager is very nice and will work with you when you're late on rent and short on rent. Maintenance issues are taken care of within 24 hrs from the time you put in a work order, and maintenance gets the job done well and timely. I would definitely referre others to live her. The landscape is very nice too, thanks to the landscaping company that comes out twice a week. It has a very nice park for the kids, and a nice pool. I highly recommend this apartment complex.Review from Apartments.com
