RENTERS BEWARE!!!

Under new ownership.... There is wording in the leasing contract that allows management to start charging you for any kind of utility without your consent in the MIDDLE OF YOUR LEASE!!! They just added Xfinity internet onto our bill at $60/mo. and there is NOTHING we can do about it!!!! On top of paying $30/mo for trash valet that no one wants! There are nicer places to live that don't nickel and dime you.

I love living here but having to transfer my lease to a newly renovated unit has been stressful. I find out I had to vacate my current unit after asking the office myself. I'm not sure when they were planning on telling me but I was due to resign my lease less than a month before I figured out. I then had to decide whether or not I would accept the $400 increase in rent or plan to move to an entirely new property within two days due to fears of limited units. While I am happy with the renovations ...

they have done to the property, I am very disappointed in the way they unit renovations have been handled.

Management keeps the grounds well kept and responds quickly to any maintenance needed in the apartment. The front office always welcomes you to stop by if you need to ask any questions, etc. LOVE that the location is right on the beltline.

I have lived here for several years with good and bad management. The new management is amazing. Tavia is the BEST. She's on top of everything, actually CARES, and is very pleasant to deal with. Also the maintenance department is great, especially Ken who has been here through many management changes as well. But he still gets everything done in a timely manner. Neighbors are great and look out for each other.
