The location is exceptional - within walking distance to Trader Joe's, a yoga studio, BeltLine, Piedmont Park, Virginia Highlands, and many more great places while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment layouts are thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and ample natural light. The price point provides good value considering the area and amenities. ...Management responds promptly to maintenance requests, usually within 24-48 hours. The maintenance team is professional and thorough in their work. The community here is friendly and diverse. Regular resident events help foster connections, and common areas like the package delivery area, mailbox, and swimming pool (in summer) are well-maintained and frequently used. November 8, 2024This has always been the best location in Atlanta to live next to the Beltline, Parks and VA Hi and Midtown nightlife. It has many friendly and supportive dog & cat loving neighbors. Since taking over a year or so ago. VAHI (Rangewater) management have been doing a brilliant job - they have taken a complex in a very poor state with a lot of issues. Resolved them in next to no time and have around a 95% occupancy rate when it was about 50% when they took over. They show great empathy in dealing ...with tenants. New initiatives such as pool parties and college football screenings have been great. I recommend living here - you'll love it!Property Manager Responded
