I was looking to sign a lease here because the apartments were really well-priced, but I knew someone else already living there who was having a lot of problems with management. I also could not get the office to answer any of my emails, and there was a lack of communication for a long time. construction issues in their apartment itself. This extreme lack of communication and failure to act on issues in a timely manner really concerned me as a future resident, so much so that I actually decided not to sign a lease even after months of thinking I was going to live there. The people I know living there are still having issues with communication with the office, including giving less than a 12-hour notice of maintenance coming to all apartments, electric wiring to the meters being set up incorrectly, resulting in them paying electric bills that were not theirs and no one informing them as well as many other issues. Avoid living here.
