terrible communication
October 21, 2024They will only respond to your emails and calls once you want to sign the lease, good luck staying in touch after you signed it. It's been 2 months since I moved out and didn't receive my deposit. When I was staying at their property, I had to take off work and go to the office in person whenever I had a request.Review from Apartments.com
Don't Be Fooled by the "Low" Rent
October 3, 2021They charge low rent but then add a $30 "lease lock fee" every month just to make the rent higher. They also charge you $20 for a trash butler to pick up your trash but if you're on the 3rd floor he will never come. The third floor also has very low water pressure to the point where nothing comes out at times, even in the shower. When you call management to fix it they are never able to. And depending on where you live it will be a 2 minute walk to your mailbox. The basketball court is broken ...and the pool has been closed by management. Terrible management. The only reason I give it 2 instead of 1 out of 5 stars is because the asst manager is nice.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
