January 23, 2023I have mice running around in my apartment, my bathroom ceiling is peeling and molding ( I’m sorry it’s “mildew”) from an improper pain job, I’m still waiting on someone to repair the laminate floors that’s been peeling since I moved in, the lobby’s front door has been broken for too long and I feel unsafe not to mention Im being charged for the kiosk access to the broken door! Lol I try not to complain but this is getting ridiculous. I was put on the list for an exterminator and someone came ...in my apartment and just dropped 3 sticky traps on the boarders of the kitchen (I have a 6 year old by the way lol) this place is a joke. I’m prettying sure it wasn’t the exterminator who did it but ok. This apartment sucks.Property Manager Responded

December 6, 2022I moved in in Nov 2022 and the apartment there are multiple issues, mice, a non working dishwasher leaking when it is not in use. The management maintenance team appear o show interest but not resolution after reporting the issue over 3 weeks ago. Not satisfied.Property Manager Responded

October 8, 2021Vista is like living in low income housing or the projects. Workers go into your apartment whenever its convenient for them regardless of written documentation stating NOT to. This apartment is basically for young teenaged students with minimal standards. If you have a problem with something dont hold your breath. There are only 2 maintenance guys, taking care of the entire building. So many issues with this apartment Ill just stop here before it turns into a book.Property Manager Responded
