Excellent work with the staff committee. The leasing agent was very calm and polite when I spoke to her over the water over flow in my toilet during the night . Well I was on the phone with her within minutes Mr Armando was at my door knocking consider about my problem. Overall I love the place it’s very nice & quiet but I don’t like the fact when I moved in it was a 1000 roaches dead in the apartment, then pest control comes but I still have roaches crawling all round when I’m not a nasty person

They do a very good job keeping it clean. I heard bad things about the area but I love living here the commute to stores and everything you need is easy but also I feel safe at night and they keep the grounds groomed and well maintained.

The process was stress free, I didn’t read reviews until a couple days before move in but my experience has been great. This place has been improving since my second day here.they built a kids playground in just one day, a dog park area next I hope the pool areas will be cleaned and updated and shaded more. There are many grocery stores close by and everything I need is close by very convenient location. I am very impressed and love that all my appliances were new except my fridge. Everyone’s ...

Lack of security and gate enforcement, old and subpar central air units, mold, a terrible laundry system setup, and the pool? I'm not even sure it's open. For the third year straight.
