I would not recommend living here. The management is extremely poor and the property is very poorly run. Vehicles are towed unfairly without any prior warning, and recent construction noise has been unbearable. As someone who works from home, it has become nearly impossible to concentrate or work effectively—the noise is so intense it literally shakes my desk.
There is no mention in the lease agreement about additional construction disturbances, yet management has shown no concern or willingness ...
to address how this impacts residents. I was displaced from my apartment for an entire week due to the issue, and when I raised my concerns, I was told, “It bothered us in the office too, so get over it.” That response was truly unbelievable.
Had I known this is how things would be, I would never have renewed my lease for another year.
