After several years as a resident, I must express serious concerns about the declining conditions at this property. The maintenance and safety issues have become significant:
Maintenance Issues:
The buildings suffer from extensive deferred maintenance including water damage, aging appliances, and uneven flooring. Multiple layers of paint over decades have affected door functionality. Single-pane patio doors provide poor insulation, resulting in higher cooling costs. Roof leaks occur during heavy ...

Safety & Security:
The property has experienced prolonged periods without adequate security lighting in parking areas, leading to increased vehicle break-ins and safety concerns. The swimming pool area lacks proper security measures and monitoring.
Grounds & Common Areas:
The grounds are poorly maintained, with inadequate pet waste management creating unsanitary conditions. Common areas require better enforcement of pet leash rules and waste cleanup policies.
Property Management:
Multiple maintenance requests and security concerns have gone unaddressed, leading to tenant turnover and vacant units. The management team has been unresponsive to resident concerns about safety and maintenance issues.
In conclusion, while this property may have once been a desirable place to live, the current conditions make it difficult to recommend to prospective tenants. Our family no longer feels secure here due to the ongoing issues and lack of proper management response.????????????????
