We moved during COVID-19 and we were worried about how the moving process would be during a pandemic. Savannah and the team at Vista Del Sol were wonderful in communication, giving us a virtual tour of the apartment, and making us feel welcome. The apartment is so beautiful, we were amazed at how great it is! Everything is up to date and working, with maintenance responding very quickly if we needed them. I was so excited to live here and move in due to how friendly the staff was during my first walk through of the property. When I moved in, I went most of the winter with no heater (Dec-Feb) The maintenance staff would arrive quickly when I would call after hours, but issue was never resolved. Cracks in the ceiling from the apartment above, plumbing issues. I would get fined for leaves that the landscape property would blow into my patio. Horrible experience for my first apartment. I would not ...
recommend this to anyone. Office staff showed no concern. Walls are thin and very noisy. Nothing was done after I made noise complaints. I had to terminate my lease early and lost a lot of money. I paid rent on time every month, followed all property's policies and got treated horribly. Do not believe the reviews. Only good thing was the location.

I would recommemd this community to family and friends. Its a quiet and safe place to live. The location is convenient to a lot of shopping opportunies. I cant wait to go swimming when the pool opens!

I have been here for a couple of weeks, and it has been wonderful. I moved from quite a distance, and the staff was very helpful, flexible and supportive. When I found some issues after moving in with maintenance needs, service for repairs has been prompt, courteous, and professional. It is quiet, secure, comfortable, with excellent amenities and a park-like feel to the grounds. There is both a strong sense of community and respect for privacy. The final rent bill seems a bit high until you ...
factor in all the other bills you aren't directly paying, at which point it is quite a reasonable rate. I highly recommend Vista del Sol!

Been here for three days. This apartment has everything I wanted, washer, dryer, dishwasher and patio all for $745 a month. And its in a good part of town. It is hard to find all these amenities for less than 800 in this area. Its quite, not on a main road but it is close to everything. Cons, I can hear the neighbor walking upstairs but that is something to expect in an apartment complex. My ceiling fan flooded the first day I was here but it was promptly fixed. Vista Del Sol is pet friendly ...
and the grounds are well landscaped. There are several floorplans that are affordable and there is plenty of parking, as well as paid carports.
