Lack of transparency with leasing authoriy
August 14, 2024Hi , I booked 1 apartment in this property on last november 2023. I paid 500$ for initial booking. But due to long distance for my worked location I decided to cancel my booking. Leasing office told me that they will send the booking amount deducting application fees by bank check. Although it had been since 9-10 months they had not sent me the check and when I called then they are misguiding me telling my check returned to them from the post.Property Manager Responded
