Best Apartment!
May 8, 2017My husband and I moved to Nashville a little over a month ago from Pennsylvania. Nashville is so up and coming there are TONS of options for apartments, but we could not be happier with our decision to live at Vista. Not only is the apartment wonderful, but the facilities are great! We haven't had to pay for a gym membership with the equipment here, I work from home and use the business center often for printing, everything you need is right here! The people who live at vista are great, too. ...Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it's like your own little Vista family! Perfect location, walking distance from great restaurants and boutiques, so close to down town! It can't get much better. The only thing I would critique is the switch to a different wifi provider recently that has made it a little more difficult to connect to wifi in the common areas, but everything else is wonderful. August 19, 2015Located in the heart of Germantown! Right across the street from Bicentennial Park and Sounds baseball stadium. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. If you're moving to Nashville this is the neighborhood to be in! Apartment complex is very safe, Eco-friendly, modern, and pet friendly. August 14, 2015I've lived in quite a few cities and have had many apartments. I must say, Vista has been my favorite. The staff is fantastic. Maintenance requests are handled so quickly and questions answered without attitude or haste. The community is awesome. I moved to Nashville somewhat recently and have met a ton of really awesome people by the pool, grilling out, and at Vista community events. Best Apartment in Nashville
July 23, 2015I've lived at Vista Germantown for about 8 months and my experience has been nothing short of awesome. The location is ideal as it's right next to downtown but also has great access straight into East Nashville or to the highway if you're travelling a bit farther. The gated parking garage is a great amenity, especially when they weather's not so great and the controlled access to each floor adds a comfortable level of security. Brian in the office was super helpful when I signed my lease and was ...able to work with me on my not so great move out/move in timetable. I've had a few maintenance requests including replacement HVAC filters, light bulbs, and even some touch up paint. Each one has been completed in 24-48 hours with no issue. After having lived at other apartments in Nashville over a span of 6 years, this would be the only one I'd highly recommend.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
