It's been an amazing ride so far.Everybody's nice.The property is always well taken care of they have food trucks once every other week.And they're awesome food trucks, the swimming pools, actually look like, I want to swim in them.It's just all around amazing place

Vista Grove is beautifully kept. It's clean, it's green, so many trees and bushes everywhere, it's quiet and seems so peaceful. So excited to live here!

Love it here! Nice courtyard to walk my dog, some shade. Lots of trees and bushes, flowers it’s beautiful ?? Very clean and well kept! I would recommend anyone looking for a 1,2, or 3 bedroom apt to check it out!

Bad Kitchen Layout for 1-Bedroom Apts

The front office staff is nice and maintenance responds quickly to requests. However, I am disappointed with the layout of the kitchen in the 1-bedroom apartments. In order to open the dishwasher, you need to open your oven all the way. It makes it inconvenient to unload and reload the dishwasher, especially when you want to cook at the same time. The dishwasher is so old that you can’t even clean the filter yourself. It is built in and you can’t remove it, which concerns me wondering how clean ...
my plates and cups are actually getting. The oven is terrible. No self cleaning option, and just a dial with the temperature so you can’t put an exact temperature in when you are baking and cooking. The kitchen is so small that it gets hot quickly while you are cooking. Had I known about the outdated appliances and that you can’t open the dishwasher without opening the oven, I would’ve chosen another complex or floorplan. The kitchen in the 1-bedroom layouts need to be renovated.
