June 29, 2025If I could give zero stars, I would. AC has been broken for 3+ months — they threw in a weak window unit instead of actually fixing it. The parking lot is chaos: gunshots, drug use, loud music at 3 AM, nonstop honking, and off-leash aggressive dogs. No one picks up after their pets, and the pool is swamp green and has never been opened. The elevator doesn’t work, and the new washers/dryers won’t last long. Neighbors are rude, leave trash everywhere, and party on the stairways. Management does ...nothing. Avoid this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 3, 2018There is no security. The place is over run with cockroaches and drug addicts. They do not properly fix anything that is broken. The only plus is the new manager, she is trying to help tenants.Review from Apartments.com
Vista Hermosa Apartments
August 6, 2015I have lived at Vista Hermosa for many years. The current rent is 450.00 per month and will be going up 25.00 when my year lease is up. The manager is very nice and is always willing to help when a problem may arise. The apartment is a good size of 550 ft. and has a new energy savings AC. I also like the 3 closets and the large panty in the kitchen, so lots of storage !!!! The unit is most made of solid brick, so you don't hear too much noise. There is a pet deposit, but no monthly pet rent. This ...property is gated and also has a swimming pool. The few areas that need to be improved is the following: The flooring is made of vinyl tile that chips and rips very easily. The paint in the unit also chips and comes off when doing light cleaning. The counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom are very old and outdated, also has chips and the color in my unit is a dull yellow. Kitchen cabinets do not stay closed. The unit also has outdated light and sink fixtures. No dishwashers or microwaves in the unit. Sadly, only two windows in the whole unit. The on site laundry faculties is very small with only four washers and four dryers for a property of over 50 units. There is no exercise room or club house. The neighborhood is not the best nor the worst that I have lived in. The main reason that I have lived at this property for many years, is the rent has been affordable, the apartment is large enough for my needs and lastly the owners and manager have been totally Great and very Awesome !!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
