Mold, disgusting
December 1, 2022This apartment complex is the worst, nothing works properly in the unit, appliances especially the stove doesn’t heat up. The house makes mold everywhere in the bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen, some off the ceiling and they get on your clothes, expensive stuff you bought and they won’t come off. Management is horrible, lack of customer service. Please ran from this place, it’s disgusting and horrible. Parking is another issue, this place os a nightmare.Property Manager Responded

Parking!!!
April 18, 2022I love my apartment but the only thing I’m disliking is that we can’t even register are Guest just in case they want to spend the night or so .. they have to leave at a certain time so they car won’t get towed which is very ridiculous !!! I’m paying all this money to live here just to be treated like an inmate. I will be contacting corporate!Property Manager Responded

Parking & Visitation Hours are NOT reasonable
March 28, 2022I moved here in a 3 bedroom/2 Bath mid October. Granted, the layout is beautiful, spacious and modern. However, at the time of move in, I only had one vehicle. I have been told by management that I am allowed TWO free parking spaces. Now that I have purchased another vehicle, registered in my name, I am not allowed to register my 2nd vehicle. They are forcing me to add an adult to my lease, and they too dictates whether someone else is "approved", based off credit score and background check. In ...addition, the parking rules are beyond ridiculous!! If I have relatives visiting from out of town or friends come over, they are not ALLOWED to sleep over since VISITATION HOURS ends at 1am. With these rules, this place is starting to feel like a prison compound more so than a complex of community living. I just want to add my 2nd vehicle to my lease as I am entitled to the additional parking space for free!!!! This is an arguable Help Me Howard Case to win!!Property Manager Responded
