Excellent Management and nice complex
June 26, 2022The Apartment Complex has a nice pool, and a helpful property manager. I've been staying at the Complex for about 2 Years and it's in a good location within LaPorte Texas less than 15 minutes away from Sylvan Beach. I enjoyed the cover parking and I like seeing the flowers near the Leasing office. Maintenace has been very helpful with completing work orders on my unit.Review from Apartments.com
Amazing Manager (FINALLY)

October 7, 2015Since the Apartments have undergone new Management about 3 months ago. Things have slowly started getting a lot better around here. They are determined to make changes for the best. There are a lot of maintenance going on right now as they are remodeling and working on fixing all the tenants apartments right now. The new Management company is great. I am love living here now. I have been here almost 4 years and the last 3 months with the new Management company I have noticed a lot of changes for ...the best around here. I love the area. August 12, 2015My fiance and I love the area we're in. She feels safe when I'm not home, it's quite, and we are right off Main St. where there are several antique stores. Its also very close to our jobs. However, the apartment itself is lacking. We've been there for three months out of six of our lease and nothing has been fixed. It gets up to 87° F during the day while set on 45°F, the carpet being ripped which our niece hurt herself on, and the reocurring bugs since they do not exterminate regularly. Sounds ...like a low income apartment right? Well we pay $740 a month for a small one bedroom and provide our own electricity. We are young and are just about to start our life together as a married couple so money is tight, and this would help tremendously. With rent being freed up the money could go to getting a second vehicle that is reliable and helping my wife begin her degree in Business.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
