We love living here with our family!
May 4, 2024We absolutely love living here! The amenities to the space and safety of the complex is incredible. Unlike other apartment we have stayed in, we don’t have the worry of our packages being stolen, or home being broken into, our shoes being stolen. Our neighbor's are friendly and a lot of children around for our 2 year old to play with in the common areas. We walk to the mall all the time and the park close by, we absolutely love the open spaces. If you are having a birthday party or any kind of ...party, the pool is a fantastic area to throw them. Management is like no other we have ever had, from service requests to emergency the staff absolutely cares about their tenants. Once again, 5 stars all around from safety, to amenities, to affordability. As someone who has lived in apartments all their life, this one is our favorite.Property Manager Responded

CONSTANT NOISE ALL DAY EVERY DAY
November 23, 2021Gardeners here five days a week, all day, using their extremely noisy gas powered tools. No, I am not exaggerating in any way. Let me repeat that: the gardeners are here LITERALLY five days a week, ALL day. Lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers. All. Day. Long. EVERY SINGLE WORK DAY. Every week. Constant noise. Moving within IAC was much harder and worse than i could have ever imagined
February 24, 2017My move in date was 2/21. From the beginning i really like this community and the staff/management. This has drastically changed. On my first tour and look at the community Luna and the female manager took me, they were very kind and well informed combined. I asked which spot was ours and luna pointed towards the ones closest to our apartment (after signing out we find out it further and not where she pointed). I showed up on 2/23 to do my walk through check. I had asked Luna to have the ...apartment cleaned as it was dirty when she showed me. When i interacted with the only gentlemen that works in the office on another day, i had him show me my garage inside. There was junk filled in the garage and i what the deal was with that, he assured me it would be taken care of before move in. I showed up around 5pm on the 23rd and decide to check the garage first on the inspection list. To my surprise it is filled with junk.. still. Immediately i went to talk to the manager about the garage, and rightfully so quite ticked off. She said that she thought we were moving in on the 26th. My move in date was the 21st, and i paid it on the 21st for the prorated remainder of the month. The manager word for word said that i was moving in on the 26th, so they thought they had time to clear the garage essentially I decide to go see the inside of the apartment the manager said "100% our apartment was ready for move in". We decided to check out the apartment, and it should have been cleaned already as i had asked Luna to have it taken care of before our move in date. The floors were slept, but all the mess into the corners. There was cobwebs and dead bugs. There was an awful paint job with paint on the floor. The doors and window sills were gross and brownish yellow, and in addition to that there was human hair all over the apartment.. in the corners, in the bathtub, stuck to the kitchen cabinets.. there was even soap / shampoo stuck to the shower and inside the tubs. This place was not cleaned, and they charge a cleaning fee upon move out. I don't understand. I am moving from another Irvine Apartment Company and the experience has been horrendous between the two properties. I do not recommend moving here or to any of their properties. The manager should have never said "i thought you guys were moving in on the 26th" because as soon as my lease started on the 21st the garage and the apartment were mine, and should have been move in ready. City is family orineted with many young working professionals. Complex has gym with free weights, sauna, pool, spa. Available clubhouse for reservation upon deposit with low cost considering the large space for entertaining. 1 parking space is included in cost of living. 1 car garages are available at an extra cost.
