      What I really like about Vista Ridge are: not a large apartment complex as there are 6 units or so per building. My covered parking space is very close to my apartment.

      Service is good but price is a little high especially when you renew on April - you see the price is much lower in previous months but it increases on your new lease. And the two months rental leasing brokerage looks like penalty as new tenant appear soon so the real loss is very less for apartment but apartment will not give us back anything.
