Everything here is great except for the homeless living outside of the back gate, the upstairs neighbor that's very loud and constantly dropping things in our patio, and the roaches that run around outside at night towards the bushes near the parking lot when I'm taking out the trash.

We’re still pretty new, but the neighborhood seems well maintained and all our neighbors seem very respectful. My little brother came to visit and he made friends with another little boy in the area and that was really nice. So far, would definitely recommend !

It’s a pretty chill community. And everyone is super friendly and management is very responsive! Also, whenever repairs are needed in the apartment, they get fixed very quickly. Sometimes as quick as the next day. I don’t have many negative things to say.

It's a bad place not recommended, they don't give you parking spaces even if you pay. They say that there are no spaces, even with many empty ones

Very nice and efficient and very caring staff here. Area is perfect. Food stores nearby and also freeway entrance nearby as well. The residents here are always walking with a smile on their faces. Night time is very quite as well
