Miami Dade housing should be ashamed to have an agreement with this type of company. This place is run down looks like New Jack City (Neno Brown). How can you place children in an unsafe deplorably conditions .

worst place to live

I was in a rough time in my life had to move quickly. They showed me an apartment that look okay but the one they rent to me was not what I saw, much smaller. We live on the water so we have water bugs they do not spray. They maintenance repair system is a joke. Their apartments are not all tiled or granite surfaces. They should pay you to move in. Water is not included.
